JOB DETAILS Provides superior customer service while performing over-the-counter deposit/loan transactions, product/service sales and issue solving. Job duties: Primary: 1.Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records. 2.Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. 3.Promotes and explains other financial institution services such as consumer and mortgage loans, IRAs, certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes, traveler's checks and money orders. 4.Receives mortgage, consumer loan and other payments and ensures the payments match balances due. Enters payments into computer. Generates customer receipts. 5.Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds. 6.Counts, checks and packages coins and currency.
