Employment Litigation Associate Attorney - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Pittsburgh office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Employment Litigation Group. The applicant will serve in defense of agency fees of discrimination, lawsuits involving a range of employment related claims and daily advice and counsel to clients regarding various employment and labor law issues. Will handle defense of agency fees of discrimination, lawsuits involving a wide spectrum of employment-related claims and advice and counseling involving similar issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a wide spectrum of employment matters, including discrimination, wage-hour, contract, employment tort, and restrictive covenant cases. Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Effectively and persuasively write briefs and motions for the benefit of the clients. Cultivate productive and effective relationships with clients.
