Albuquerque office of our client seeks family law attorney with 1+ year of background. The perfect applicant will be managing a case from intake to final disposition, have trial background. Will be establishing positive and collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and the courts. Effectively applying legal solutions to clients issues. Clearly and empathetically communicating legal options to clients. Researching case law, drafting correspondence and drafting and filing pleadings. Effectively representing clients at hearings, depositions and trial. Consulting with and retain new clients. Working with staff to accurately calendar all hearings, filing deadlines and other key dates. Timely communicating with the managing partner and senior associate to continue developing skill set and taking on more challenging legal issues. Should have membership in good standing with the New Mexico State Bar.
