Apply Description POSITION DETAILS Teknova is looking for an manager who has a proven track record of production management in a GMP environment in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical industries. This is a very exciting position with a lot of responsibility and opportunity. Job Location - Hollister, CA DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of four production teams Monitor, measure and increase productivity in each team and process Prepare and revise SOP's and GMP documentation Troubleshoot chemical formulation and process issues Work with the Engineering team to implement process scale-ups Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelors degree or higher in 1 of the Biological or Physical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge WORK BACKGROUND At least 5yrs background managing twenty people or more in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical
