Apply Description BACHELOR LEVEL - RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST FOR 3rd SHIFT Residential specialists are tasked with providing supports around daily living and mental health management in a 24/7, community-based adult residence. Staff work to increase independence, encourage skill acquisition and utilization, help with symptom management, and maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents. Residential specialists collaborate together with the treatment team and community agencies to provide wrap-around supports for all individuals. We strive to provide effective, evidence-based practices. Included in the position is day-to-day household management and transportation of residents to and from appointments, shopping, extra-curricular activities, etc. Requires the expertise to form therapeutic relationships, think critically, provide interventions, and take initiative.
