My direct client located in Hammonton, NJ is actively seeking a HR Coordinator to join their growing team! What will your day look like? Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees Facilitate onboarding for new members joining company Help create training materials and processes for new hires Help management create a applicant tracking system/process to streamline all HR functions Implement company culture, values and policies to all existing and new personnel Provide management with requested reports and documents as needed Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Assist with company internship program Accurately maintain employee files What professional skills do you need? Degree in Human Resources or related position is preferred; Will consider previous work background and/or certifications Previous background in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields is required Knowledge and understanding of required policies
