Project Coordinator (Senior Associate I, RD2) - (Kalamazoo, MI)

JOB SUMMARY The Project Coordinator (PC) is a supporting member of drug development project teams and is responsible for ensuring delivery to committed timelines and budgets by effectively coordinating team communication. The PC will provide project management ability to multiple cross-site, cross-functional pharmaceutical and/or biological product development teams to ensure execution of operational objectives. This role will maintain project plans with timely details regarding timeline status, expense updates, critical path management, risk management, and resource forecasting. In addition, the project coordinator will collaborate with project managers and will identify and communicate relevant issues to be addressed by the teams. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * The primary focus of the PC is on project execution ensure execution of critical path to avoid delays and identify potential issues and opportunities proactively
