Inbound Customer Collections Representative AR Specialty - (Monroeville, PA)

Position description CVS Health, a mail service Specialty Pharmacy in the Monroeville areas, has an opportunity for a full-time Inbound Call Center Representative to handle patient billing questions. The Inbound representative will handle all requests made by the patients of CVS Health Specialty pharmacy billing in an attempt to ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. This position is for the 11:30 - 8:00 PM shift. Essential responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: -Receive inbound calls from patients with questions regarding bills received -Provide excellent customer service to the patient by providing 1st call resolution to their need -Resolve problems that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete details -Collaborate together with internal departments to address patient billing questions
