Accounting Supervisor - (Atlanta, GA)

Assurant has an exciting opportunityfor an Accounting Supervisor!This position plays a leadershiprole in establishing the processes and procedures to ensure efficient andeffective controls for areas of functional responsibilities. Thisposition must have a long-term focus on continuous improvement, operationalexcellence and ongoing value to Assurant and its business segments. To beeffective in this role, the manager must be an expert in functional areas aswell as excelling at customer relations, problem resolution, process flow, andmanaging processes. This position is also responsible for the team(s) spreparation, processing, reporting, recordkeeping, and / or delivery ofservice. Operational Excellence (30-40%) Manage the day-to-day operations for respective team(s)assigned. Ensures complete, accurate and timely deliverables inaccordance with procedures, policy guidance and applicable regulations.
