This Accounts Receivable specialist would help this company set up payment plans and collect on weekly and monthly billings. The tasks would range from 30/60/90-day payments plan, billing 200 vendors a week, posting payments, reconciling accounts, sending late payment notices and having excellent customer service with setting up vendors on proper credit card and on-line payment options. This account receivable specialist would be working directly with the Accounts Receivable Manager, working heavily off ms excel spreadsheets and having superior written and communication abilities. This is a full-time position that would start right away!
