Studio Assistant Manager - (Rochester Hills, MI)

Description Job details The Studio Assistant Manager supports the business owner of the studio, cycle, and/or yoga programs. They will provide skills of leadership for overall team player development at their respective club. The Studio Assistant Manager will also oversee the recruiting, casting, and retaining of best in class performers, while also establishing a department that delivers best in class programming. Position qualifications and Responsibilities Mentors, develops, and coaches teammates Manages daily, monthly, and yearly department operations, including, but not limited to, setting staff and class schedules, managing the department's budget, and tracking the department's financial performance Communicates plans and activities in a manner that supports strategies for team player involvement Trains teammates and assists with certification processes Provides feedback and tools to help teammates improve their skill sets
