Initiate new residential camp for youth soccer and lacrosse teams and for individual sport players Create and implement new sales strategies Work with marketing team Communicate with existing customers Work well with vendors and all departments of camp Expertise to communicate effective working relationships with staff, players, coaches and parents Bachelor's degree required in Sports Management or business related position ten years of prior experience as a Camp Director or Assistant Camp Director Must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage ongoing related businesses Expertise to make decisions in a calm manner in stressful situations Expertise to live, sleep, and work in a camp setting Have current knowledge of Ms word, Microsoft excel, etc...
