Director of Living and Basketball Operations - (Williamstown, NJ)

Director of living and basketball operations is responsible for the daily assistance on the program on and off the basketball court. On the basketball side, they will assist in the scheduling, travel, daily planning, and programming of the basketball teams. Campus life they will assist in the daily responsibilities of the players living arrangements. They will oversee all players living on campus and be responsible for players while on campus. Assignments include but are not limited to: - Resides in the same housing complex as our clients throughout the season (September - March) - Interacts with colleges coaches on behalf of our clients recruiting processes - Provides oversight to clients who utilize our housing option - Checks in and monitors our clients in the evenings/nights and on the weekends when they aren't competing in competitions - Works with the coaching staffs and administration with the flow of daily correspondence and day to day operations of running Olympus Prep
