Commercial Insurance Training Specialist - (Peoria, IL)

POSITION SUMMARY The Commercial Insurance Training Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying effective training for the Business Insurance Lines (BIL) Sales and Operations departments in conjunction with the Corporate Trainer. With subject matter experts, develops processes and training documentation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Plans, organizes, and conducts team player training using in-person classroom sessions, web-based delivery, and team meetings. Ensures effective use of a variety of visual aids and training techniques to enhance delivery and reinforce training content. Conducts training related to onboarding new employees, new work processes, system enhancements, new system releases, etc--- Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies.
