Sales Manager - Sports and Events - (West Chester, OH)

The BCVB is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join the award winning Butler County Visitors Bureau Sports and Events team. Creates and implements strategies and tactics to aggressively promote Butler County as a sporting destination in a manner that maximizes economic impact and increased hotel occupancy. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop an annual sales plan, budget and appropriate sales tools to attract sporting events into the county based on current hotel occupancy demands and further enhance Butler County's image as a sporting destination. Conducts research to evaluate current market potential and develops a focused selling strategy to recruit and develop sports events that generate an economic impact for Butler County. Prepare periodic sales reports.
