Human Resources Generalist - (Kansas City, MO)

Randstad, a global provider of HR solutions and the second largest staffing organization worldwide - is hiring an experienced Site Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an internal, temporary position joining Randstad's In-House Services division - we provide onsite managed staffing programs (MSP/VMS) to large corporations. Responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, applicant phone screens and interviews, resume submittals, reference checking and offer negotiations. - Bachelor's degree preferred - Expertise to qualify and close deals - Min 3-5yrs of Recruiting background required - Expertise to make decisions, take direction and implement a plan - Creatively source applicants on-line via job boards, social media and referrals. - Staffing industry background helpful, MSP/VMS knowledge is a plus! - Communicate directly with Site Managers to gather job responsibilities and maintain our strategic partnership.
