Overview What We Are Looking For Seldin Company is seeking a Part time (20-25 hours per week) Assistant Community Manager at Maple Park apartment community in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is a HUD property with 51 units. Background with HUD related paperwork is required. We pride ourselves in the quality living background we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of asset management, resident relations and leasing. What You Will Do The Part time Assistant Community Manager will work with the Community Business Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
