Staff Accountants maintain adequate accounting and control for various accounting reports and functions, such as preparing monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and adjustments. By partnering with other Bernick's Teammates, Staff Accountants exhibits a high degree of confidentiality and possess the expertise to communicate with all levels within the organization. Staff Accountants assist with budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financials on a monthly basis. It is their responsibility to report any variances to the budget. Also, they assist Accounting Managers with financial and tax audits, as well as, with various accounting projects.
