Assistant Site Manager - CSX - (Cleveland, OH)

Overview The Assistant Site Manager will provide oversight and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities at TRAC's national network of contracted depots and pool chassis yards (CY's). The Assistant Site Manager will participate in the activities related to the Operations Team and be responsible for the oversight of day to day operations functions at a particular location or locations. This person will have direct responsibility for leading a team of Mobile Service Unit Mechanics, maintaining the Out of Service Equipment, and overseeing the overall M&R operations at the location(s). Day to day assignments include dispatching mechanics, pre and post repair inspections, ordering and maintaining a parts and tire inventory, and general supervision of a team. This person will also be responsible to interact with external & internal customers on a regular basis, including the field staff to coordinate and monitor depot related activities.
