Construction Superintendent - (Victoria, TX)

Kimberlite Homes is looking for a construction superintendent to join its award-winning growing team. We are looking for someone to provide on-site coordination for residential new home construction, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for reading blue prints, material take offs, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Construction issue solving expertise is a must!
