Based in our Customer Service Center in Portsmouth , Tuff Shed is recruiting for experienced Customer Service Center Representatives , responsible for educating and selling our products and services to our customers. Do you have what it takes to be a successful Customer Service Center Representative? Courteously and professionally communicate and correspond with customers and our partners at The Home Depot via inbound and outbound calls and on-line chat and emails Accurately track and report customer leads and sales via our robust CRM system. No cold calling, all sales leads are sent to you! Critical skills and Background: Highly motivated , with a competitive spirit Expertise to work within a flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends (hours of operation are Mon-Sat 8:00am to 8:00pm, and 9:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday). Background working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
