Position title: FOUNDRY GRILL FOOD EXPEDITOR/ RUNNER Department: F&B Reports To: Foundry Grill Manager & Supervisors Rate of Pay: $10.00/Hour + tips Shift: Variable AM/PM shifts Monday through Sunday Full or Part-time, Year Round and Seasonal positions Must be available Saturdays and Sundays SUMMARY Create an exceptional dining background for the guests by delivering quality food at the correct temperature to the appropriate guest. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Warmly greet each guest. Call out and organize tickets for the kitchen. Act as liaison between the service staff and the kitchen. Ensure ticket time standard is met by effectively managing courses. Communicate any food issues with the Chef. Know the restaurant set up and seat numbers in order to accurately deliver food. Assist the servers and bussers as needed.
