Full-Time LEAD PM Restauarant Server - (Durham, NC)

The Hilton Durham near Duke University is currently seeking an experienced restaurant server to be our new Lead Server in our Bluestone Grille & Bar! Your hourly base rate will be above min wage and our best servers can earn over $25/hour with tips! We have recently hired a new Executive Chef who has created all new menus! We offer 196 guest rooms, an on-site restaurant as well as 13,000 square ft of flexible event space. We are the only hotel in the Triangle to offer PURE allergy-friendly purification systems in select rooms. As Lead Restaurant Server, you will work with other restaurant servers and bartenders to ensure that high standards of service and quality are being delivered at all times. You will motivate servers to capture more guests through upselling techniques and advertising of nightly specials. You will ensure that all side work and closing checklists are being completed consistently.
