Member Care Advisor - (Eatontown, NJ)

MEMBER CARE ADVISOR Job Code: MCA15 This position is responsible for advising and providing guidance to the Credit Union members in regards to their transactional, account services, and lending needs. Accuracy of transaction processing, issue resolution, as well as product and service guidance is of importance. Listening, identifying, and recommending credit union products and services that can help meet the needs of members is a primary function of this role. We expect every member to have a great background when they deal with a Member Care Advisor. In order to provide this happy background, Member Care Advisors need to be knowledgeable with our various products and services and be able to help the Member determine which item will help them achieve their goals. Requirements To be considered, you must have: A high-school diploma or GED, Six Months to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and background.
