Fleet Call Center Advisor - (Fort Worth, TX)

Fleet Call Center Advisor The Sewell Family of Companies, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven team player to join our Business Development Center in Fort Worth, TX. The Fleet Call Center Advisor will be in charge of inbound and outbound calls at our call center for our clients fleet services. This agent will handle clients needs according to protocol and situations, assisting in locating service centers, approving maintenance and services needed, and maintaining communication through our fleet management system. Our ideal applicant has strong phone skills, knowledge in automotive maintenance and repair, and preferably is ASE certified. Background in automotive, fleet, or maintenance & service is required. Multilingual skill set is also a plus. This role is expected to be scheduled full-time with flexibility throughout the week REQUIREMENTS
