* Execute holistic assessments against a standardized and robust assurance management framework for GPSS, evaluating a program or process to reduce gaming, improve compliance and meet critical business execution objectives through flawless integration process * Support process changes through strong collaboration with internal business partners and our contracted 3rd-party partners to drive seamless daily operations * Deliver relevant insights while driving and acting as a champion for innovation that enhances the customer background and delivers business value * Serving as the primary oversight & assurance contact across our network with our Process Owners, Central Infrastructure Organization and service partners * Maintain control and operational competencies through ongoing training and professional development * Demonstrated skill in operations management and/or vendor management * Knowledge of: 1.) Financial Services industry and profitability drivers 2.) American Express customer service philosophy and
