Shipping & Receiving - (Hartland, WI)

Summary: Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments including UPS, raw materials and LTL. Also responsible for shipping finished product in a safe and efficient manner. Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Accepts shipments and ships products by unloading, loading and verifying shipments Received items by unloading vehicles, accepting deliveries, and unpacking containers Verifies items received by inspecting conditions of items, comparing count / measure of items to purchase order and packing list, noting discrepancies and updating purchaser Documents items received by recording identifying info Transfers orders received by routing of delivering items to requesting department Identifies and reports to the purchaser damaged items and shortages Receives credit-returns materials from production by verifying identifying info and quantity of materials, placing materials in inventory
