Director of Marketing - (Worcester, MA)

This leadership role is responsible for building and directing a cohesive marketing team and working with AdCare Administration and AAC marketing team to ensure business objectives are achieved. The Director participates in the development of the business forecasting and building marketing strategies for our region. BA Degree in business management, marketing or related position and min of five years background. Demonstrates knowledge of addiction/behavioral treatment solutions; is well versed in the twelve Step Model; Successful work experience and sales skill with an expertise to engage new business relationships; Demonstrated expertise to build, motivate and direct a sales team to measureable success; Demonstrated excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, including public speaking and presentation skills; Demonstrated expertise to write sales plans and develop marketing budget; Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to the highest levels of quality customer service;
