Assistant Store Manager - (Fayetteville, AR)

Job DescriptionThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring max sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. The min age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical qualifications of the job require in excess of eight hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior retail and or managerial experience is required.
