Sr Director UX Design - (Reston, VA)

* Lead the creation of UX artifacts, including research and analysis, feature/flow architecture, wireframes, prototypes, content strategy, and design. * Own the standards of documentation, presentation, and process that enable the team to respond quickly to evolving business needs. * Has passionate focus on the needs of the citizen * Run the User Background Design Center in Reston VA * Hire, build, grow, and empower a team across multiple locations * Collaborate on and perfect the look and feel of the interface through color, style, flow and layout. * Generate graphic design specifications for fonts, color, and layout and deliver graphical assets required to build interfaces across multiple digital platforms. * Implement the mechanical aspects of a conceptual design for handoff to development, testing, and deployment * Use brand, standard patterns, style guidelines, 3rd-party standards and other design foundations as input to new work.
