What you will be doing: # Drive product quality improvement by methodologies/tools e.g., DFSS, FMEA, SPC. # Develop complete quality system for both developing both new products and for controlling the quality of our current products. # Qualification of suppliers and components, including Rear Projection TELEVISION, Optical Engines, LCOS display, optical components, flex circuits. # Qualification of new assembly lines at US/Asian contract manufacturers; monitor and audit their quality performance; drive continuous quality improvement programs. # Perform product and process auditing, write auditing report.
