Quality Specialist - (Carbondale, PA)

Duties: The individual who functions in this position must carry out all of the functions associated with being a Quality Specialist. The most important role of the individual in this position is to ensure that proper procedures are followed consistently and effectively adhere to strict quality standards relative to both the company and the customer. The individual will have responsibility in receiving, in process inspections, final inspections, assisting in maintaining the calibration system, and performing the initial process steps for non-conforming material. To qualify as a Quality Specialist an individual must be able to perform all of the following: Assist in tracking and recording all quality control measurements as required by process description or customer requests Train or assist in the training of all personnel in proper performance of duties to be consistent with established quality procedures. Assist in reporting all quality trends and problems.
