Quality Manager - (Canton, GA)

Summary: The Quality Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at Schoen Insulation Services and Schoen Energy. S/he is responsible for assuring that SIS and SE is in full compliance with customers' specifications. S/he will oversee the Quality Support Team and the implementation/application of the SIS Quality Management System. S/he must ensure that SIS embraces a good culture of ISO (International Standards of Operation) and SIS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the manufacturing operation and facility. The Quality Department plays a central role in liaising with all other functional department at SIS. As such, the Manager must possess an advanced expertise to manage interdepartmental relationships. S/he must be effective with organization and time-management and must possess a blend of computer skills and highly effective management and leadership skills in this hands-on position.
