Bi-linqual Service Specialist - (Charlotte, NC)

POSITION PURPOSE Qualified applicants must be multilingual in the Spanish language. (CSR Role) Responsible for opening/maintenance of various deposit accounts, bankcard products, limited lending and maintaining customer relationships. Assess each customer's needs to identify, cross-sell opportunities and expand relationships. Provide efficient processing of customers' financial transactions to ensure their satisfaction with Peoples Bank services and to maintain accurate record keeping of accounts. Maintain product knowledge & apply skills taught in training. Demonstrate and set an example for Peoples Bank ECS delivery standards. (Teller Role) Processes customer transactions in a professional and efficient manner. Disburses cash accurately and maintains a cash drawer, balancing it daily. Answers customer inquiries and cross-sells products and services of the Bank when appropriate.
