Key functions& Responsibilities: Expertise to perform the duties/responsibilities of the EFT Specialist I. Processes, verifies, researches, and balances incoming/outgoing wires according to established department Wire Transfer Policy after one year of service. Balances and processes payroll deductions. Safeguards keys and assigned Fedline Advantage token. Complies with the security procedures of the credit union, confidential membership data, and MAX Service Standards. Pays meticulous attention to details when preparing required daily summaries and department check deposits. Perform duties of ATM Vault Teller. Upholds core values and builds team player and customer relationships. Completes all training as required. Knowledge and Skills: Background 1 Year to 3 yrs of similar or related skills. Education A high-school education or GED. People skills Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
