Staff Accountant - Purchasing - (Atlanta, GA)
Summary Responsible for purchasing all supplies and maintaining the related process/system. Assists Senior Accountant with all accounts payable related duties for the clinic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates the purchase of all office and medical supplies, including researching new items and post-order tracking/receiving. Processes all purchase orders and related invoices for payment. Coding and data entry for all accounts payable invoices. Review and match payable check copies with invoices and mail checks weekly. Maintain filing system for all matched payable documents. Maintain filing for all monthly journal entries. Maintains the credit card clearing spreadsheets to assist with the monthly bank reconciliations. Creates and/or maintains additional spreadsheets for data tracking. Assists manager with data requests/reporting as needed. Maintains voice mail and returns both inside and outside calls in a timely manner. Education and/or Background
