Description The Product Content Professional two (referred to as "Proposal Writer") is responsible for organizing, analyzing, and developing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Info (RFIs) released by prospective clients. Responsibilities The Product Content Professional two (Proposal Writer) produces medical and specialty proposals. It is the proposal writer's responsibility to act as a team lead for the RFP project (i.e., scheduling calls, setting timelines, defining responsibilities, reaching out to SMEs, etc.). The proposal writer will work to customize Humana's standard responses to fit the needs of the RFP and client. The role requires an understanding of department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
