University City Housing is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 sq-ft of commercial space. UCH is hiring a skilled painter and plasterer to join our Roxboro team! We are seeking a talented and well-rounded individual to assist with renovations, make readies and daily work orders. Snow removal and a rotating on call schedule are required. Qualifications: Strong painting and plastering background (3+ years’ background) A vehicle, valid Driver’s License and tools A clean background Strong references Expertise to lift 50+ lbs.
