Mgr, Critical Infra Service Desk - (Philadelphia, PA)

Business Unit: Position overview: The manager is responsible for ensuring that the Critical Infrastructure & Data Center service desk team manages facility incidents and events, troubleshoots and operates the infrastructure that supports the Comcast National, Regional and local Data Centers. The manager will have prior hands-on experience and understanding of a variety of critical infrastructure supporting data center facilities. (power distribution, HVAC systems, generators) The manager should also have a proven track-record of leading an operations team through the delivery of multiple projects and support a 24x7 team schedule for production events. The manager must have experience developing strong business relationships across peer organizations to collaborate on new Comcast products and services. The manager should have current understanding of data center physical security and remote hands support policies. The manager will lead a team of engineers covering the network 24x7.
