position summary: Responsibilities: The program manager will be responsible for driving various Data Protection & Privacy programs for Policy & Remediation. This is a highly cross functional role. Must have background driving complex programs across large enterprises. location: Durham, North Carolina position category: Contract work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Document business requirements that are well understood, outcome based, and closely align with Cisco's Policy & Enforcement strategic direction. - Background with Details Security, Data Protection & Privacy - Define and provide support to operational processes internally to ensure proper handling of requests and escalations. - Define Key Performance Indicators (Metrics) for deliverables and report outcomes. - Ability to work cross-functionally, a true team member amongst local and remote resources in different time zones. - Ability to perform at a rapid pace - and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
