Machine Operator Helper - (Warrenton, MO)

Randstad is currently working with a union facility in Warrenton, MO that is looking for reliable and motivated machine operator helpers. This position is paying $13.47 per hour while on your temp to permanent position. You must be available to work second or third shift and be open to being switched to a day shift if the need arises. Once you are hired on permanent there is an increase in pay as well as comprehensive benefits. Also, the union dictates that all temp to permanent employees be hire on permanent within 60 days. Responsibilities: -Assist machine operators with the set up of large machines. Products loaded into the machine are large steel rods so some lifting might be required. -Assist machine operators with removing finished product from the machines. Working hours: 2:00 AM - 2:00 AM Skills: -Attention to detail -Expertise to lift up to 50 pounds -Expertise to be on your feet moving around for duration of shift Education: High-school Background: Experienced Requirements:
