Machine Operator - (Bolivar, OH)

Randstad Staffing of New Philadelphia is partnering with an expanding, Bolivar, Ohio manufacturing company seeking to fill positions in their Extrusion, Printing and Packaging departments paying $11 per hour. This company uses the 2-2-3 working schedule on twelve hour shifts, rotating shifts every 6 weeks. Shifts run 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am every 6 weeks. Two days on, 2 days off, 3 days on and then it flips the following week to 2 days off, 2 days on and 3 days off. Some departments run straight day shift hours, some departments run straight night shift hours. Responsibilities: Once hired on full-time, individuals will be offered a comprehensive benefits package and pay increases through training certifications. If you are fully certified your 1st year you should be $13 your 1st year and approx $15 your 2nd year. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Skills: They will train you to work in Plastic Extrusion, Printing or the Converting department. Education: No Degree Required Background: Entry Level
