Spa Coordinator - (Bulverde, TX)

We are looking to add a Full-time Spa/Patient Care Coordinator to our growing practice ASAP! At Sonterra Laser Med Spa, our staff members are selected for their caring nature and high-level of professionalism and skill. We feel we have a few key advantages over other medical spas -- Background, Technology and Care. Duties (including, but not limited to): Collaboration with the medical director, nurse injector, and licensed estheticians to provide exceptional care to patients. Act as liaison between patients and providers by scheduling appointments, ordering prescriptions, and providing info and/or advice to ease patient concerns. Manage cash drawer, including payment processing and end of day reporting. Attend weekly staff meetings; in-office events and medical device/procedure training when required. Qualities: Familiar with Booker Software Knowledge of professional medical practice, regulations and procedures to administer patient care.
