Very fun and driven team The Inbound Sales Specialist will successfully promote, sell and for specific product types, refer TCF products as well as services in a way that meets both the customer's financial needs and customer service expectations. Answer inquiries and present product options, features and benefits for checking, savings, time accounts and other banking related loan or credit products. Initiate/open new accounts and/or complete product applications while providing appropriate info/disclosures to ensure consistency in compliance/regulatory policies and identification guidelines. Accurately process, closely verify, and promptly document all key customer info and preferences in a manner, which maintains TCF's high-level of performance standards and customer service orientation.
