Warehouse Manager - (Norcross, GA)

Do others follow your lead when you are at work? Are you a hands- on type of manager? Responsible for managing all functions of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and returns, as well as maintaining a high-level of productivity and ensuring that all orders and returns are processed accurately and on-time on a daily basis. Responsibilities: ??? Directs all activities in the warehouse to ensure accurate, timely and efficient operations including shipping of sales orders, receiving of inventory, and returns processing. ??? Responsible for hiring, training, developing and motivating staff; scheduling, delegating work assignments; monitoring individual and group performance to ensure high-level of productivity; and for reviewing all distribution processes and procedures in order to continuously improve efficiency. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Skills: - Determines effective layout and utilization of warehouse space for efficient operations.
