Landscaping Account Manager - (Orlando, FL)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned. Position overview subject to change. Interview new employees in landscape operations. Resolves and responds to customer issues. Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work for conformance to standards and contract specifications. Oversee and follow-up on safety qualifications with employees including site-specific training. Coordinate purchase of supplies and equipment with Branch Manager and Field Service Coordinator. Issue necessary supplies and equipment to associates. Ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition and returned to proper storage location. Records employees hours worked or supervise the time keeping. Works closely with (FSC) Field Services Coordinator in the above tasks. Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed. Responsible for estimating of new projects, including take-offs for commercial and enhancement work.
