We offer paid training in our Expert Edge classes and a 25% discount in the retail store along with a 401K, dental and eye insurance in a group setting, paid bi-weekly and our excellent "Cinderella Program" were you have the opportunity to grow your commission from 50% to 55% or even 60% and also work toward the "America's Best stylist and receive another 1-2% commission.
