QA Lead - (Pittsburgh, PA)

? Collaborate together with Test Coordinator, Business Project Lead, and ServiceNow team to understand project qualifications and communicate test results ? Review BRDs, Fspecs, and Tspecs ? Responsible for providing inputs to Test Strategy document(s), Test Plan(s), Testing Tracker(s), Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports ? Coordinate process team input into testing deliverables ? Manage day to day activity of testers, including manual and automated testing ? Responsible for creating and executing test scripts, reviewing test scripts written by testing team, and KT to testing team to avoid any knowledge gaps ? Coordinate prioritization of test scripts and defects ? Ensure testing is on schedule and escalate any issues/concerns
