Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the branch warranty and ensuring the branch is paid for warranty service work Fosters effective and timely communication between branch departments Communicates and coordinates with supervisor on warranty rejections and processing issues Overall responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of warranty take-off area and warranty receivable schedules Maintain a warranty process that is timely, thorough, and accurate Primary Duties: Prepare, submit, and follow-up on warranty claims Operate ms word processing and spreadsheet computer programs
