Develop and refine new and existing manufacturing processes for rubber molded products using extruding, compression, injection, and transfer molding processes. *** Design new products and molds using CAD software. *** Provide daily manufacturing support and develop new manufacturing processes. *** Development novel solutions, technologies, processes, tooling, equipment etc. to overcome obstacles to the successful launch of new products. *** Lead and mentor process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel. *** Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide new project updates.
